Στην κάμερα του δημιουργού του ντοκιμαντέρ, Ali Manaz, μιλούν για την ιστορία του κινηματογράφου Rex ο Δημήτρης Βαμβακάς και ο γιος του Ορέστης, ο οποίος συνεχίζει την μακρά παράδοση της οικογένειας στον χώρο.

This a short documentary is about a hundred years old cinema in the island of Samos, Greece.

Vamvakas family carries an enormous legacy through hardships, the Occupation, the hay days of the Greek cinema and the recent Crisis. The family still provides quality cinema to their fellow villagers despite their financial oddities. The passion for cinema is the driving force for this family to stay on top within the community and beyond.
